The whole experience was exceptional, Gary was extremely knowledgeable and able to provide advice and guidance on the steps I needed to take in order to ensure my wishes would be covered. Gary was friendly and he made the whole experience painless. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about getting a will or setting up a trust to speak to these guys, they have done an excellent job!

Making a will can be difficult – but Gary made this easy!

Making a will can be difficult, but Gary made this really easy. He walked me through each step, shared some things that I need to do to protect my estate from inheritance tax (legally) and advised me on some other areas. There were suggestions on other products and services i could buy, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy. In the end, I did buy a trust (to protect my estate due to my complex family situation) and a lasting power of attorney document. Both were things I needed and we did it all quickly. All in all, a really positive experience with a friendly guy and I have my financial affairs sorted. Definitely a 5* recommendation!

Such a helpful guy

Gary dealt with all my queries and issues in a friendly yet professional manner. My requests were a tad outside the norm, but I was seriously given the impression that nothing was or is too much trouble. Chris Hannon spoke with us numerous times to clarify queries we had, and probably answered the same question time and time again, but this was no issue. This guy has the patience of a saint! Absolutely perfect!

Absolutely perfect! I wasn’t sure what to expect, especially as it’s such a low, low price. But I am amazed at how comprehensive the service is. Louise was professional, friendly and explained all the complex issues with great clarity. I was offered a will service by a local firm of solicitors at pretty much five times the price of Pattison James Associates, and I don’t believe for a moment that their service would be anywhere near as good as that offered by PJA. Highly recommended!
