Making my will

I have had a telephone conversation about making a will with Jamie, I couldn’t believe the amount of work that was needed to do this. Jamie was so helpful and anything I didn’t understand was expertly sorted out. I knew nothing about making a will when I contacted Pattison James, now I understand a lot more. I would think that this young man has been in this business a long time as there wasn’t any question I asked that wasn’t answered patiently and I was made to feel relaxed and at ease through the whole process. Jamie is just the kind of person to talk you through this conversation as for some it can be daunting. I will recommend to my daughter and friends. Wow that was slick!!

Wow that was slick! My husband and I booked our appointment online at about 10pm one night when the kids had finally gone to sleep and the lady turned up for our appointment at the agreed time a few days later and took care of everything from there!

Second time we have done a Will – the company that wrote our Will last time didn’t cover half the stuff this company did. Office staff really friendly too – Abi makes me laugh!! Really pleased, passed your number onto a couple of the ladies at work, thanks and well done!!
