My husband and I have been with Pattison James for a number of years and we receive an excellent service. As we recently got married we both needed to update our Wills – however with everything goin on with the Corona virus at present we thought it would be quite difficult. However, considering this, we still received an excellent service from start to finish. Jamie Shannon is ever the professional and talked us through each step, explaining things to us we didn’t understand, and sometimes more than twice! We really recommend Pattison James, helpful, professional and just overall a great service.
Amazing Customer Service!
Was a bit unsure what to expect as we didn’t have the best experience with this process when arranging our first will with a totally different solicitors. However, within minutes of our telephone appointment (due to covid social-distancing requirements) it was clear we were getting a much better service through Pattison James Associates Ltd. Gary explained everything really clearly and in a way that put the relevant information across without making the process feel really arduous and depressing. Gary was completely non-judgmental and just gave us the relevant information and guidance to make the right decisions to suit our circumstances. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service
We thought it was a good time to write a will after putting off for some time. Decided to go with Pattison James and was a great decision. We had a telephone appointment with Gary Lewis as unable to do face to face due to COVID-19. Gary was really helpful, knowledgable and a friendly consultant who thoroughly explained everything to us and offered great advise. Glad we did this and now feel more secure in knowing our daughters future is protected. Thank you Gary for your help and for making the process easy for us.

Spent an hour with Gary regarding my will, he was very informative and helpful and offered some very sound advice regarding the completion of my will. I am now waiting for my will to be drafted and forwarded to me for signing, so far a very easy and stress free process, highly recommend.

I’d always thought about writing a Will and buying my first home gave me the final push to look into it.
