We discovered PJA through an online offer and it’s fair to say we weren’t sure what level of cover/ service/ product we were going to receive due to the discounted rate. However, we are completely overwhelmed with how wonderful the whole experience has been and would highly recommend them even at their regular going rate!

Chris has conducted telephone appointments with us and explained everything from back to front. His knowledge is vast and he was so very helpful. When I was hesitant to ask ‘silly’ questions, he reassured us that there was no such thing and gladly revisited anything we were unsure on. Chris has been extremely accommodating offering us evening apts after we’ve put the baby to bed!
